When it comes to making payments we've tried to make it as simple as possible. This page lists all our accepted payment methods and some handy information on how to use them.

We ask that you pay a deposit, usually about 25% or a minimum of £25 to secure your order.

We also offer payment plans for orders over £100, this is to help spread the cost. Please ask for details.
Cash
You're welcome to pay by cash on the day of collection or delivery. Unfortunately we don't accept cheques.

Card
We can accept credit or debit card payments by MasterCard, Amex, Visa or Maestro. Card payments can be made securely over the phone or by chip & pin when you call in. Please see section 6.1 of our T&C's for full details on card payments).

PayPal
You can pay for your order using PayPal, please provide us with you PayPal linked email address and we'll arrange a payment request for you to accept. Alternativly you may wish to send us your payment without a request, if so please use our PayPal verified email address [email protected] - please just remember to use your JSC order reference number. We can provide this for you.

Faster Payments & BACs Transfers (Online Banking)
To make a direct bank transfer to our business account simply login to your online banking or call your bank and advise them you'd like to make a payment to our sort code and account number. Please get in touch for our bank details,

Direct Debits & Standing Orders (Payment Plans Only)
For larger orders you may wish to setup a payment plan, this way we'll arrange a Direct Debit to be taken from your account for an agreed amount taken at an agreed frequency. Or if you prefer you can set up a standing order using the bank details above via your online banking or by calling your bank. Please get a reference number from us first. My Account
If you use our online customer login area, you can view, print and pay for your orders online, this facility is powered by 'Go Cardless' who will arrange to take your payment via a one off direct debit from your account.
