How do I place an order?
Easy as cake! You could either call 0161 327 2191 or go to our contact page to complete a short enquiry form. Or use our online quote form - it'll take 2 minutes to complete and we'll get right back to you.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We can deliver to an address or venue of your choice and assist with the setting up. Delivery available 7 days a week within 35 miles of BL8, please ask if you require delivery outside of 30 miles, subject to an agreed fee we may still be able to arrange. Otherwise collection is available from our address (Full details of our delivery can be found here).
How much notice do you need?
We'd normally require at least 3 days. However it can depend on the type of order, we often help many customers with last minute orders. Even same day - but please get in touch ASAP so that we can advise you. For Wedding Cakes we usually require 2 weeks.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we kindly ask for 25% of the order total to guarantee your order. The remaining 75% balance is due by the collection or delivery date.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. You can pay over the phone or from our address when you're collecting your order or we can even bring the card payment terminal to you when we deliver the cake. We have a variety of other ways to pay too. See full details and other ways to pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans. This is subject to agreement by us and we will set up a direct debit with you for an agreed amount & frequency. Please ask for more details.
Do you rent out cake stands?
Yes for £10 (3 days max) but we will require a security deposit of £50 to be held during the hire period, this will be fully returned once the cake stand has been brought back to us.
Will I have to design my own cake?
You can, but we are also very happy to help design the cake for you at no extra cost. We are very flexible and will make sure you're happy with the cake plans before we start baking.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, from time to time - we offer a variety of discounts and promotions. We also offer a chance to win some free cakes in our competitions.
Can I give feedback or make a complaint?
Absolutely, we have a dedicated feedback form that takes just seconds to complete. Please rate your experience. Good or bad - we would like to hear from you.
