Children's Decorating Workshop

On this workshop we will be teaching you how to Decorated Cupcakes or Cookies to a professional finish and how to create sugar flowers i.e. rose, daisies etc. 

The workshop is 2 hours (approx) which includes refreshments through out the day. Once the day is over the Baked goods are yours to take with you.

Wedding Cakes - Course

On this course we will be teaching you how to trim, level, fill, crumb coat and ice a 2 tiered round wedding cake to a smooth, professional finish and how to create sugar flowers i.e. rose, daisies etc. We'll also show you how to create edible lace for that extra special finish on the cake. 

The class is a full day (8 hours approx) and includes afternoon tea and refreshments through out the day. Once the day is over the cake is yours to take with you.

Novelty Shaped Cake - Course

On this course we will be teaching you how to shape, level, fill, crumb coat and ice the shaped cake. The class will cover how to get a smooth, professional finish and also how to add air brush detail for extra texture and depth. 

The class is a full day (8 hours approx) and includes afternoon tea and refreshments through out the day. Once the day is over the cake is yours to take with you.
